Junior's back
A few years ago, we went to John Williams' 70th birthday concert in Tanglewood, the summer home of the Boston Pops. It was such a treat, seeing him conduct the themes from Star Wars, Superman, E.T., and of course, Indiana Jones. His musical partnership with Steven Spielberg and George Lucas continues with the latest Indy movie, The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
*prays the movie isn't lame* (I like Shia LaBeouf, but I join Lynn's friend in hoping there won't be any passing-the-fedora nonsense. I won't hurl as he's threatened to do, but I'll be very disappointed nonetheless.)

Don't get me wrong, I love Harrison Ford but isn't he too old to be playing Indiana Jones role? He is in his 60's for goodness gracious. He could have gotten a hip fracture or something. I can't imagine my mom doing those stunt at her present age. lol
ReplyDeleteHe's a star.....he can have a stunt double but LOL on the goodness gracious comment.
ReplyDeleteDon't forget that Harry Potter tunes were also played at the concert!
