Visit Broadwayblogspot for an insider look at what goes into the making of Broadway and off-Broadway shows. The website was created by webmaster Ernie Fimbres, along with Kimberly Faye Greenberg and Brian Childers. Ms. Greenberg and Mr. Childers are currently starring in the off-Broadway show Danny and Sylvia: The Danny Kaye Musical. According to the press release, the site features 3 ongoing video series:
- "Broadway Backstage" Series-backstage tours of Broadway’s legit theatres (including Billy Elliot!) and interviews with the creative, dedicated professionals who work behind-the-scenes.
- "The Glamorous Life" Series-if you're wondering what it’s like to audition for and pursue a musical theatre career in NYC. Attend auditions, get advice from working actors, casting directors, agents, musical directors, etc. It's everything they never taught you in school!
- "Broadway Encore" Series- special videos featuring charitable organizations working with Broadway shows, celebrity interviews, personal backstage stories, etc.
