The Echo

The Hollywood trend of remaking Asian movies continues with its upcoming version of the 2004 Filipino thriller "Sigaw", or "The Echo". (Although the literal translation of sigaw is scream or shout.) Jesse Bradford will be playing the lead. What's impressive is that Yam Laranas, the original director, will be at the helm of the remake. I hope his Hollywood debut will be well-received.
